Guestrooms and suites have been reimagined with a residential feel, with curated artwork and vintage-inspired elements. Public spaces have been updated and now include a trio of signature experiences. Il Bar, a new residential-style lobby bar designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, serves cocktails and light bites. Scarpetta, the hotel’s Italian restaurant, remains a key part of the culinary program, while The Seville is a speakeasy lounge.
The renovation also updated the meetings and event spaces. Flexible event spaces range from a 2,400-square-foot ballroom to more intimate salons ranging from 420 to 900 square feet. Meetings and events at Hotel Seville NoMad are supported by LDV Hospitality’s culinary program. The hotel’s newly renovated gym includes Peloton bikes alongside the latest Precor cardio and strength training equipment.
“Hotel Seville NoMad represents the very best of what New York City hospitality can be, a seamless fusion of historic grandeur and contemporary luxury,” said Allen Gross, chairman and chief executive officer, GFI Capital Resources LLC. “We are thrilled to bring this iconic address back to its rightful prominence as one of the city’s premier destinations.”
