W Hotels launches first property in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia: Luxury lifestyle brand W Hotels, part of Marriott, has launched its first property in Saudi Arabia, located in Riyadh. 

W Riyadh – KAFD sits within the King Abdullah Financial District and has been deigned by LW Design.

The hotel features 210 guest rooms including 17 suites, two penthouse suites, and the W Penthouse. The 390‑square‑metre W Penthouse includes two bedrooms, separate living and dining areas, a kitchenette, an office, and a gym area with steam and sauna facilities.

Social and dining spaces include the W Lounge, Latin-American restaurant Sira, coffee house Beni, and the WET Deck with private cabanas and poolside seating, serving Mediterranean food. Later this year, Sahari will open as an outdoor lounge designed for events. 

Additional amenities include a spa and gym, alongside 15 flexible meeting rooms.
