HORSE CAVE, Kentucky—Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. announced the successful sale of the Quality Inn & Suites located in Horse Cave, Kentucky. The hotel property was sold to the highest bidder at a court-ordered public auction. Huff, Niehaus worked closely with the first mortgage holder and the Master Commissioner to bring multiple bidders to the table.
The property sits along the I-65 corridor in south-central Kentucky, roughly midway between Louisville and Nashville and minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park, Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo, and Hidden River Cave. This sale reflects the continued strength of hotel investment activity along the I-65 corridor.
Huff Niehaus represented the successful bidder in the transaction. “The buyer saw the long-term value in this asset—the location, the visibility off I-65, and the demand drivers in the area made it a compelling addition to their portfolio,” said Brandt Niehaus, president of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc.
