As expected a very odd, Ill informed collection of the 10 best. The only hotel here that would qualify is the Rosewood. No mention of the legendary Dorchester, Ritz or Claridges all among the best city hotels not just in London but throughout the World. Then we have the sensational newly opened Raffles that sets the bar even higher. There are also a number of smaller hotels all better overall than those listed here.
How about the Shengrila?
