Colorado-based Ziggi’s Coffee is tuning into the summer season through a partnership with live entertainment company AEG Presents, launching the “Ziggi’s Summer Soundtrack Sweepstakes.”

The promotion, which runs throughout the summer across Ziggi’s more than 115 locations, will give away concert tickets to major touring acts, including Brandi Carlile, Louis Tomlinson and Ella Mai, alongside free coffee and merchandise.

“Summer already has a rhythm to it — and for a lot of our guests, Ziggi’s is part of that rhythm,” Andy Linke, vice president of marketing at Ziggi’s Coffee, said in a company press release. “This partnership with AEG Presents lets us build on that, adding something guests can look forward to week after week. Real artists, real venues, and real prizes.”

How it works

Weekly drawings: Prizes will be released weekly, with winners selected every Tuesday. Entries reset each week.

How to enter: Customers can enter by scanning a QR code at the point of purchase inside participating Ziggi’s locations and completing an online entry form.

No purchase necessary: The sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents 18 and older, though it is void in New York, Florida and Rhode Island.

Driving traffic through experiences

For fast-casual and beverage brands, summer promotions are crucial for driving foot traffic and loyalty app engagement. Ziggi’s is leveraging its growing national footprint to connect with music fans by pairing its seasonal menu — which features Fresherz, Dirty Sodas, Shaken Espressos and Energy Infusions — with high-demand concert experiences.

The sweepstakes comes as Ziggi’s Coffee celebrates its 10th year of franchising. Founded in 2004 by Brandon and Camrin Knudsen, the brand has grown from a single Colorado coffee shop into115 locations across 23 states, with an additional 200 units under development.
