I live near to Lough Neagh and sadly I have never even tasted an eel in my many years. I remember as a kid catching the occasional eel in the local river leading to the lough and just throwing it back. We didn't know to eat them. My favourite food, though I do like variety, is actually Indian or Chinese Curry!

Life gave me the opportunity to reside in Limerick for 3 years, I love Ireland and am so thankful to the Republic, I am glad I made it to nearly every town in this video at least for a pint a fish & chips!
