  1. That video was really inspiring. Being from the US, I got this crazy idea to go see the Le Mans Classic. The wild part is, I want to ship my classic Mustang to France for the event and turn my trip into a 2–3-week road adventure across the country.

  2. Number one for me will always be the Alps. I just love the cols, the lakes, the geology and the shear size of the peaks. Also really like the Atlantic coast from St Nazaire to St Jean de Luz. With the islands of Ile de Re, Ile d’Oleron and Nourmoutier and the cities of La Rochelle, Bordeaux and Biaritz. There is a lot to see.

  3. hi Robbie.just got Yorkshire trip book and Northumberland road trip .looking forward to
reading them ..next pension money will get the lakes.thank you .old dave from Sunderland

  4. We already have our France trip for this year planned, Ile d'Oleron via Rochefort-sur-Loire and Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. But I've bought the book as we're planning to go to Metz and Nancy next spring, a part of France that we've never been to before, and also Brittany with the whole family in the summer.
Watching the videos you've covered some of our favourite places in France, such as the Camargue where we've been several times, and you seem to have a similar approach to us so hoping to get some good tips!

  5. My little boy and I have just got off the ferry at Portsmouth following a week in Normandy. It was my first time driving in Europe and it was much easier than I’d expected. Normandy was beautiful and we loved Mont St Michel. The camping aires were really useful and close to where we wanted to visit. We will do a trip again and venture further and I’ve just ordered the book 😀

  6. Next year, we plan to visit the Loire Valley, making our way to the coast then Britany Normandy on the way back to the tunnel. Your France book is going to help with planning ❤
