  1. I'm a 77-year-old hotrodder, sprint car engine builder/sprint car crew chief and pilot, did I recount that I am a retired Architect? I pull my 1941 American travel trailer with a 1971 Pontiac Grand Safari station wagon. All this to let you know the breath of your audience, keep it up!

  2. Idk. I from Ohio. I love the freedom you have but I don't see many trees. LOL! Our neck of the "woods" lol has lots trees. Idk how that would translate to me. Plus you're weather is awesome. Ohio weather can suck. What a dilemma.

  3. I’m from New Zealand, and owned a ‘90 blue and white Sub 2500 with the 454 engine. Had the exhaust modified and it sounded glorious. Anything bigger than a 1500 has to be converted to right hand drive over here. Love the video, I’m heading to California for a road trip in May this year

  4. My God David, the places you go. Thank you for doing what you do & letting me live vicariously through you. When I was younger I'd do exactly the same things with my friends, but in Texas. Well that was long ago. I'm in Virginia now and I visit places, but when your older the chances to go out in the wilderness dwindle. So again, thanks for the chance to see these places and hear their stories.

  5. I just wanted you to know , I really like the David Freiburger channel!! The content is of course, great and it reminds me of Road Kill but less hectic. 😉👍 I’ve had 2 Suburban’s and if they are nothing else, they are very handy. I would’ve liked to have won this one. It looks great!

  6. What a shame that caught fire. On the shocks, I saw the same thing on my Tahoe. Went to Superior Spring and they told me the 2 door leaf springs are actually stronger than the 4 door. I went with the 2 door and they are excellent. That burb would make a nice camper…

  7. We have a 90 4×4 Burb we use for camping. We needed a trans at 250k. A little rust and smoke on startup but she's still getting us out there. Enough room for a bed for two, a dog, fridge and solar equipment. We have an ARB awning on it and tent attachment for when we want a little more space. We've definitely made some good memories..

  8. Highjackers went cheap on us…. No stickers either… 1975 I bought my first car, I wanted a 1970 Corvette ,.. It was $5000…. Too much for me… I’m 16 so I settled for a 1970 Pontiac Firebird….. I bought it used at Navajo Chevrolet,..actually a great car after I squared away the carb. Installed a set of High jacker shocks to get the novice rake , came with a durable hose kit and a couple of stickers… I think I bought it at Grand Auto. I also bought N50 Kelly Springfield tires for the rear and skinny pizza cutters for the front ,.. mounted on 15” Keystones 10” in back
7” in front. Bought those at Mark Morris tires on Folsom in San Francisco.Ran that sucker
For years like that… finally gave it to my little brother…. He quickly took A road trip to Tijuana with no air-conditioning and got the whole interior tuck and rolled with black naugahyde for I think $130.00. My Dad &Mom rode along side in his Cadillac and he spoke Spanish, even then safety first.
David, you need to sell signature D/F Flip Flops.
You and few others are the only channels I won’t click away from when a big head starts talking in their videos. I like to watch knowledgeable people do things that interest me without words. Everything you and your friends do interests me,… thanks !
