Been there in October, 2025. Total Garbage in every sense. Major construction all over the hotel and the nearby Hotels, so the noise is insane all day long into the evening time. Jet ski company right next to the hotel beach area, constant gasoline smell on the beach and the beach front part of the resort. Closed breakfast area for reconstruction, moved all guests to the outdoor beach area, so you are sitting and sweating your ass off while having breakfast, lines to the breakfast are definitely real, customer service is a disaster, lack of food diversity is constantly felt. Electric blackouts are constant, so you sleep in your room without electricity, AC, etc… There is practically no insulation in the walls so when your neighbors so much as fart, you can hear and smell it. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms, plumbing is terrible, Showerhead is very low, so unless you are midget, get ready for a very uncomfortable experience. Sushi Restaurant quality went down significantly and for anything "special", you will be asked to pay additionally for this "all inclusive" experience and sushi they make now, garbage! Outdoor Jacuzzi is not operable and is under construction, so you will be able to use it till who knows when. Bottom line, this hotel should have been closed down for proper repair work, but the owner of the hotel is a Greedy POS, so does not care. At least should have offered compensation for all the inconveniences, nope, full blown price, like as if nothing is going on in the Hotel and everything is running perfect.
