With supply chain shortages, prices skyrocketing and more shoplifting than ever before, positive customer relations are nearly impossible. “Customer Wars” spotlights the conflicts that arise when disgruntled and irrational customers come face-to-face with the employees doing their best to take care of their needs. From fiery exchanges at the fast-food drive thru to loss-prevention brawls, this series proves once and for all that “The customer is always right” is the exception rather than the rule.

Horton don't play that
An explanation from a South African resident:
Turning the truck to face the elephant makes it much harder for him to flip it over, should he charge, like he did.
If you can not leave the area safely – SAFELY – the best thing to do is to try and stand your ground/move forward and hope the animal backs off.
This doesn't always work. Elephants are extremely intelligent – however smart you think they are, they're smarter than that. He absolutely called the tour guides bluff.
The tour guides actions may seem stupid at a glance, but notice that the elephant is blocking the road and approaching agressively before the video starts. These vehicles aren't built for going off-trail or for moving quickly. He did the best he could given the circumstances and it could have ended much much worse.
Now, why were they there in the first place?
Large game reserves like these protect the animals and environment under their care – especially when it comes to elephants and rhinos because poaching is a massive issue. Preservation isn't free though – veterinary services, population control, game rangers, etc. – and to fund their efforts they offer services like lodges and tours. In an ideal world we could leave nature alone, but people are going to be people. This is also one the safest and least intrusive ways to actually see these animals in person.
Elephant: GET OFF MY TURF, HUMANS
Sorry 😂😂
You could see that the elephant was in musth, the guide shouldn’t have gotten that close. The elephant was just wanting his space
Everyone saying anything bad about the tour guide has obviously never experienced how a elephant can just appear out of the bush have you.
Welcome to South Africa. Please keep your extremities inside the vehicle at all times. Remember to not fk with the animals and be careful where you step. Good luck God bless
Excellent karma.
Good for that elephant 🐘
❤🐘
The guide radioed his base & asked for a clean pair underpants
A well deserved win for the elephant!
There is something very off about this video. I have a friend who just got back from a Safari. In her pictures, those busses are totally full whereas in this video, there’s only a couple of people on the bus. Also there is usually the driver plus the guide but this video only had a driver.. I don’t think any driver would charge an Elephant. Why wouldn’t the driver just back up slowly when he saw the Elephant in his path? Why did he stay around so long after the elephant went on the other side of the fence-that’s when the driver should have left. He didn’t have to wait until the elephant was gone! Just when he was away from the truck.
Leave wild animals alone 🙄
Good job, Elephant.
Maybe stay out of THEIR house. 😂
Interesting how the camera was still rolling. 😂
That’s what they get 😂
Absolutely remarkable. We invade and invade and yet expect to have no resistance.❤
That was one mad packyderm
Elephant 1 Tour guide – 0
Really puts into perspective just how strong they are.
This was the fault of the driver for the challenge of the elephant
I think his shouting is what agitated the elephant . I mean he got on my nerves as well since you can't blame it.
The driver is lucky a tusk didn’t pierce the windshield and right into his chest.
I love elephants. I still have my son’s stuffed elephant from 26 years ago. 😂
That’s their territory! 🐘🐘🐘
Very good the way they get into their business it’s become a circus out their impacting them in their surroundings this is why the react
Good for the elephant. Humans are constantly going into animal territory, thinking they dominate everything. They truly are the dumbest mammals.
And we think a male Gorilla is strong. He lifted that like he was bench pressing.
why would you turn towards an elephant? isn't that just common sense?
This elephant 🐘 is twice the size of the tour bus 🚌 and they wonder 🤔 why it charged it..Glad the elephant got away 😊😊. These tourists got what they paid for 😂but probably not the excitement the wanted.
Why didnt he keep backing up thats the elephant home he's just protecting it
Elephants are becoming endangered. Leave them TF alone and stop these big game excursions. Have people help buy land for sanctuaries, instead.
I cheered for the 🐘. 🎉
All animals should be respected period.
The driver shoulda been smarter. The Elephant sensed his energy and brought forth his. Guess who’s boss?
Why didn't he just back up and leave in the first place?
Went okay for the elephant.
🐘 : “wow 🤩 a Tonka bus 🚌 “
👨🏾: “🫨 🚌 ENOUGH! ENOUGH! ENOUGH! 🙏🏽 “
🐘: “the toy is talking back, abort”
I am not Okay
I am not okay
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
More True words hv never been uttered.
Send Huggies adult diapers for everyone in that car
That was cool 😎 👌 👍 😂
FAFO!!!! LOL you're in their territory!!!
Ha ha 😂
FAAFO! We need to mind our own business, and live and let live. The world is not our zoo. We are guests here.
The strength on that elephant to lift a full sized truck weighing multiple tons, with such ease, is mind boggling…
The elephant 🐘 is letting them know & giving them a warning to leave his territory. I would love to go on a safari ride in another country.
Wow scary 😮
The elephant made it's point loud and clear.
It’s didn’t hurl the truck clickbait..That elephant didn’t hurt anyone, just wanted them to go away & probably has more sense than the humans in the truck combined. 🐘 ❤
oh cool
anyways is the elephant okay
Ahh humans thinking they have the right to intermingle with wild animals.
