The 14-story, 260-room full-service hotel is scheduled to undergo a comprehensive renovation and is expected to be converted to the Hyatt Regency brand upon completion later this year. The property includes a business center, fitness center, outdoor pool, club lounge, on-site restaurant, and over 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
