CHEVY CHASE, Maryland—PM Hotel Group added The Quoin Hotel & Restaurant, a 24-room luxury boutique hotel set within a reimagined 1885 brownstone in downtown Wilmington, Delaware, to its management portfolio. The Quoin Hotel & Restaurant includes a wood-fired Northern Italian restaurant, a craft cocktail lounge, and Wilmington’s first rooftop bar.
