One Stop Nutrition, a health and wellness brand founded in 1996, has selected SynergySuite and CBS NorthStar to modernize its technology stack across its corporate and franchise network. The partnership aims to combine POS and back-of-house operations to support the brand’s nationwide expansion by providing real-time visibility into inventory, labor management and forecasting.
“By pairing our AI-driven insights with CBS NorthStar’s robust POS, we’re empowering their operators to automate the ‘heavy lifting’ of the back-of-house,” Ray Oliveira, VP of sales at SynergySuite, said in a company press release. “This allows them to protect margins and focus entirely on the guest experience as they scale nationwide.”
The integration creates a connected data layer, tying front-of-house sales directly to operational reporting. This eliminates technical friction often found in large-scale franchise rollouts, ensuring that new locations are transactionally ready from opening day, said Jeremy Julian, CRO at CBS NorthStar.
“As One Stop Nutrition scales, our focus is making sure every location is ready to perform from day one,” Julian said in the release. “That means a point-of-sale that’s fast, flexible and built for how operators work.”
One Stop Nutrition has nearly 20 locations.
