The Sentinelese only attack people because they’ve been so isolated for so long that their bodies haven’t built up immunity to some diseases. Some British guy took a couple of Sentinelese from another tribe. When he returned them, they were sick, and they infected the rest of the tribe, who all died. They still do some trading with the rest of India, but they won’t allow people to come to their place for fear of getting sick.
