Worldwide: Property management system Mews has launched its latest product, a native data analysis tool called Mews Business Intelligence (Mews BI).

Mews BI uses artificial intelligence to help hotel teams track live business data.

Meant to streamline decision making, Mews BI provides customisable dashboards and scheduled reports to help hotels track revenue, occupancy, and bookings across portfolios.

Key features of Mews BI include:

  • Built-in analytics on performance trends with summaries to help operators to optimise their decisions.
  • Fully customisable dashboards to help users track key performance indicators across individual properties, portfolios, teams and stakeholders.
  • Automated delivery of dashboard data and reports to help teams stay aligned.
  • Mews BI data is integrated with external sources, such as Google Ads and OTAs, to broaden the scope of information available for users.

“Customers are looking for solutions that they can trust”, said Pepa Starýchfojtů, chief product and technology officer at Mews. “With Mews BI, we’re giving hoteliers a single, reliable platform to turn their data into actionable insights – helping them make faster, smarter decisions every day.”

As of 15th April, 1,000 early customers have adopted Mews BI. All existing customers with Mews Analytics or the Mews Enterprise package can now automatically access Mews BI. The product will be able to support hostels in the second half of 2026.

Highlights:
  • Mews BI delivers real-time insights directly within the Mews operating system, removing the need for external business intelligence tools.
  • Hotels can track KPIs across properties, teams, and portfolios while reducing manual reporting through scheduled data delivery.
  • Built-in performance summaries help operators to identify trends and adjust pricing, inventory, and strategy.
  • Integration with platforms such as Google Ads and OTAs expands visibility into marketing and booking performance.
