Most tourists are from the west – Europe and Americas. And they complain about porters in the hotel and bags not reaching their rooms. Despite the fact that NO help is provided with suitcases in luxurious hotels at Europe and US. In some hotels you have to carry suitcases through staircases. And they complain!!
