NASHVILLE, Tennessee—Hutton Hotel announced its official affiliation with Marriott International’s Tribute Portfolio and its participation in Marriott Bonvoy. As part of the Tribute Portfolio, the newly renovated 246-room property will continue to offer its locally inspired guest experience.
“Joining Tribute Portfolio and Marriott Bonvoy marks a significant moment for Hutton,” says Michael Fishbin, managing director, head of hospitality at The Georgetown Company. “This evolution reflects our continued investment in the property, aligning with the attributes of the Tribute Portfolio and building on the Hutton’s reputation as a cultural hub for both visitors and locals. As part of a Marriott Collection brand, the Hutton will expand its global reach while staying true to what makes it unique in a competitive market like Nashville, including its deep connection to the city’s creative landscape and its commitment to thoughtful, design-led hospitality.”
This development follows the hotel’s relaunch that included a $40-million-dollar renovation comprised of reimagined guestrooms, a lobby transformation including the addition of Mimi’s Bar, renovated ballroom and meeting space, a new spa & fitness offering, and a refreshed dining concept, Evelyn’s.
“Marriott is excited to work with The Georgetown Company to bring Hutton Hotel into Tribute Portfolio,” said Kyle Gagne, Marriott International vice president, full-service hotel development. “With its deep ties to the Nashville community and thoughtfully designed guest experience, the property is a natural fit for the brand and is sure to offer guests and members a memorable stay in the Music City.”
