ATLANTA, Georgia—Hunter Advisors announced the sale of the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins, a Hilton-branded, select-service hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado. This transaction was led by Kami Burnette, senior vice president, and Brian Embree, vice president, on behalf of the institutional seller.
The Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins is a 120-room hotel. Originally built in 2007 and renovated in 2023, the four-story property offers an amenity package that includes 2,800 square feet of meeting space, The Garden Grille & Bar, an indoor pool, fitness center, and business center. The property recently completed a comprehensive renovation in 2023, positioning the hotel for continued growth following completion of the upgrades.
Located near major corporate employers and demand drivers, the hotel benefits from proximity to a mix of business, healthcare, and education-based demand. Within one mile of the property are Intel’s design center and Hewlett-Packard’s campus. The hotel is also near UCHealth Harmony Campus and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center, as well as Colorado State University.
