Europe: Luxury boutique hotel group Evok Collection has appointed Aya Hanova as chief operating officer. 

At Evok, Hanova will handle property and service performance, development projects and general group operations, focusing on talent development and team mentoring.

She brings 18 years of experience in elite hotels across Europe and the Middle East to her new role. After obtaining degrees in hospitality in France, she went on to work at four Paris hotels before holding leadership positions with Jumeirah Group in Dubai.

Before Evok, Hanova served in general manager roles with Arielles and Arev Collection in Saint-Tropez. She recently led the launch of a new hotel brand.

Evok plans two new properties in 2027: Brach Roma (Q1) and Nolinski Golfe de Saint‐Tropez (Q2).
