BASS LAKE — Ducey’s on the Lake at The Pines Resort is launching “Around the World at Ducey’s,” a new monthly dinner series starting in January 2025. This event will allow guests to experience international cuisine through a rotating four-course menu inspired by a different country each month.

To begin, the inaugural event will spotlight Italian cuisine. Guests can enjoy a menu including Pasta with Shrimp, Polenta Cake, and Chicken Marsala, concluding with a classic Panna Cotta. Moreover, Italian wine will accompany each course to enhance the experience.
Additionally, February’s dinner will feature French cuisine in collaboration with Cru Winery. Following, March will highlight Korean dishes, emphasizing the country’s vibrant flavors. The series will run through May, take a summer break, and resume in September, concluding in December 2025.
The Vision Behind the Experience

Importantly, the dinner series was developed by The Pines Resort’s Event Manager Juliana, who drew inspiration from her passion for travel and international cuisine. Consequently, this series allows guests to explore global flavors locally, aligning with the spirit of culinary adventure.
Furthermore, local wineries and breweries will partner with Ducey’s to provide beverages that complement the themed dinners. Guests can also receive a “ticket” at each event with a discount code for future dinners in the series.

All in all, this series will commence on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025, and continue on the second Wednesday of each month. Each dinner will be priced at $85 per person and will feature dishes reflecting the culinary traditions of the selected country. In addition, crafted to align with the evening’s theme, specialty drinks and mocktails will be available for purchase.
