Salter Brothers Hospitality (SBH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Curran as Chief Operating Officer. In his role since late October 2025, Chris will lead the company’s operational strategy and performance, working closely with the senior leadership and operational teams to drive excellence across its expanding hotel, restaurant and bar portfolio.
Chris brings over two decades of experience in hospitality and operational leadership with a career spanning senior roles with leading hotel groups and hospitality ventures including IHG, Pro-Invest Group and most recently with NRMA Parks and Resorts. Known for his dynamic leadership and focus on strategic transformation, multi-site operations and commercial performance, Curran is well positioned to drive SBH’s next phase of growth and enhance operational efficiency across its hospitality assets.
