  1. 😮 another one again yap very educative very nice to watch. God bless your union it's amazing how you represent giving us hope that marriage works. As usual welcome back n back to KENYA.

  2. DO NOT USE IMMODIUM under any circumstances. If you have the runs just keep drink a lot of fluids until it passes. IMMODIUM stops you from passing diarrhea but your body still produces it and it has no place to go. This can result in severe blockages and a perforated intestines. VERY Dangerous. I almost lost my brother for this very reason.

  3. You do need cash a lot in ksh for tips and for a lot of the handcrafted souvenirs you'll likely want to buy. Most hotels will exchange for you. You could do mpesa which is good to bur its really nice to have tip money for hotel staff, drivers and have money for places that don't except card. Especially if you forget to tell your bank your going international

  4. Thank you so much for all that useful information. Hopefully within the next couple of years from now. My wife her ultimate dream vacation wants to go on a african safari. I would love to get her 1.

  5. I did one of the camping safaris (a slightly upper scale one where they put up and take down the tents and cook for you) and always highly recommend the experience.

Our first night I woke up to a very low frequency (like 2x per minute) heavy breathing sound in out UNFENCED campsite. I was too chicken to investigate but one of the others was braver and it turned out a bull elephant had literally laid down between our tents for a nap!

Did have to do a careful check for bright eyes before heading for the bathroom in the Serengeti campsite though.

  6. Doing a 9 day Kenyan safari in September. Advice has been invaluable! Most important question… recommendations for wine, beer & spirits? Other than hotel bars, where do you get that desperately deserved night cap?

  7. Nice video. I am planning to go next year. I am working with a company because i am travelling solo and what i like best is at each point there are 5 to 10 lodges to chose from from budget to ultra luxury which allows me to control the costs. I can look at different trips and play around with them to get what works for me. Canada has strict rules about approaching whales when on whale watching tours (and if you are smart when you are on your own for bear, bison and other large mammals) so it is important to me to go with like-minded companies for the game drives.
