Hospitality America proudly announces Kellie Hanselman as its new Vice President of Sales. With 19 years of proven expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership, Hanselman brings a wealth of experience to the third-party hotel management company. Her exceptional track record in driving revenue growth across full-service and luxury hotels and resorts positions her as the ideal leader to elevate Hospitality America’s topline performance. 

“When I stepped into my role focused on holistic strategic alignment, it became clear that having the right people in the right roles, all working toward a shared vision, was essential,” said Leigh Holloway, Chief Strategy Officer. “We identified the need for a sales leader to drive topline revenue performance, and we made the strategic decision to bring on Kellie Hanselman. Before joining Hospitality America, Hanselman held multiple leadership roles in the hospitality industry, including Director of Sales & Marketing for the Waldorf Astoria in Park City, Utah, where she led a large team in room and catering sales, consistently exceeding revenue goals. She also directed property marketing and digital strategies, collaborated on commercial planning with revenue management, and drove innovative sales approaches. Her career spans prestigious positions such as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton Minneapolis, Director of Sales at New York Hilton Midtown, and key leadership roles at Hilton properties in Washington, D.C., St. Louis, and Temecula, as well as Regional Director of Sales for Stoney Creek Hotels.
