PENSACOLA, Florida—LivSmart Studios by Hilton Pensacola I-10 North Davis Highway opened its doors in Pensacola, Florida. The hotel is owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality.
Designed for guests staying 10 nights or longer, LivSmart Studios by Hilton delivers a long-stay experience. As the fourth LivSmart Studios property to open, this hotel reflects the brand’s continued momentum.
The Pensacola hotel is the second LivSmart Studios property opened by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, following the opening of LivSmart Studios Tullahoma in 2025 as the brand’s first hotel. The companies are also preparing to open a LivSmart Studios property in Huntsville, Alabama, later this year.
