Nick the Greek has opened its second restaurant in Stockton, California, boosting its presence in San Joaquin County.
The location, 3201 W. Benjamin Holt Dr., opened July 21 and joins the brand’s existing Stockton restaurant at 5779 Pacific Ave., which opened in 2025, and its location in Tracy, California.
Nick Tsigaris, co-founder and chief marketing officer of Nick the Greek, said the first Stockton restaurant received a positive response from guests when it opened last summer.
Since 2023, San Jose-based Nick the Greek has nearly doubled its store count and now operates more than 100 locations across Arizona, California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas and Utah.
