One&Only launches sales for private homes in Fiji

Fiji: Kerzner International has launched sales for One&Only Private Homes Fiji, marking the luxury brand’s first residential development in the South Pacific.

It will be built at Balawi Beach on Nacula Island in the Yasawa Islands and is scheduled to open in 2029. In partnership with BSP Life Fiji, the project will feature 22 private residences that will be part of the One&Only resort.

The three to five-bedroom villas will feature private swimming pools, large terraces and panoramic views. Each home is designed with indoor and outdoor living spaces, fully equipped kitchens and layouts suited for families and longer stays.

Facilities at the resort, such as the One&Only Spa, Club One sports and fitness centre, four dining options, a beach club and wellness facilities, will be available to homeowners. Owners will also be provided with property management services and the opportunity to join a rental programme.

The resort is situated on a 127 acre site about 30 minutes from Nadi by seaplane. The Fiji development is part of the One&Only Private Homes initiative in Mauritius, Mexico, Greece, Montenegro, Dubai and USA, and more are scheduled to be developed in Antigua, Saudi Arabia, Courchevel (France) and New York.
