Mews Debuts New Products and Partners With SiteMinder

AMSTERDAM and SYDNEY—Mews announced the launch of five products that complete the AI-native Mews Operating System. Mews RMS embeds dynamic pricing inside the platform, running 150 million pricing calculations a day and executing rate changes against live demand without manual intervention. Mews Channel Manager, powered by SiteMinder, will bring distribution natively into the platform through a technical partnership that connects hotels to 400+ OTAs through one contract, one bill, and one support line.

Guest Messaging is a guest inbox that unifies WhatsApp, SMS, OTA messages, and email, operating with full context on the reservation, the guest profile, and the room, and can autonomously manage the conversation and action tasks through the native Mews Agent. Automations turn guest insights into action automatically, upgrading returning guests, adding amenities, and routing tasks to the right team with workflows that can be built from templates, customized visually, or described in natural language. Accounts Receivable brings the B2B invoice-to-cash workflow inside the platform, replacing the seven-to-eight-day invoicing delay typical in the industry with automatic issuance at billing closure, enabling 100 percent automated reconciliation.

“Our job is not to rebuild what exists—it is to bring what hotels need into one place. Independent IDC research published last month shows what that produces: hotels running on the Mews Operating System achieve 8.7 percent revenue growth, €350,000 in annual benefit per 100 rooms, and a 476 percent three-year ROI with a four-month payback. One platform, one data model, one bill,” said Matthijs Welle, chief executive officer of Mews.

Partnership With SiteMinder

Mews also announced that it has partnered with SiteMinder to create a fully-integrated best-in-class distribution solution. Introduced at Mews Unfold in Amsterdam, the solution will see SiteMinder’s distribution capability natively embedded within the Mews Operating System.

Managing operations and distribution from one platform will remove friction from hotels’ day-to-day. Availability, rates, inventory, and other content will be handled in one place, closing a gap that hotels have had to bridge manually between two systems. The integrated solution represents Mews and SiteMinder’s vision of one connected workflow, where rates flow instantly through the distribution network, and the results return to the same operating system in which the rate was set.

Statements From Leadership

“When something is already the best in the world, we don’t try to rebuild it. SiteMinder is the best at distribution. Our job is to bring what hotels need into one place, with AI working across every layer. For hotels, the result is simple: one operating system, one contract, one place to manage everything from how guests find you to how your property runs. It’s pricing, distribution, and performance all in one place,” says Richard Valtr, founder of Mews.

“SiteMinder has always stood for accessibility and choice, and so this partnership with Mews is a natural evolution of our platform. We have long admired Mews for their innovation and strong product vision. By integrating our distribution engine with a progressive platform like theirs, we are opening up our platform for hoteliers to access SiteMinder in the way that best fits how they choose to work,” says Sankar Narayan, chief executive officer and managing director at SiteMinder.

Nearly 3,000 hotels already run both Mews and SiteMinder side by side, managing operations in one and distribution in the other. Over the coming months, those hotels will move to Mews Channel Manager powered by SiteMinder, accessed directly inside Mews.
