SALIDA, ColoradoPrime Investment Properties LLC announced the successful sale of the Salida Inn & Monarch Suites in Salida, Colorado. The property was owned and managed by IMPRINT Hospitality, a Denver-based full-service hotel management company. The Salida Inn & Monarch Suites is a 27-room midscale independent hotel situated along US Highway 50 in the Colorado Rockies. Originally constructed in 1960 and renovated in recent years, the two-story, 13,500-square-foot property offers modern amenities, including some fully-equipped kitchens, cottages, a hot tub, outdoor pool, and multiple patios.

The property benefits from visibility and proximity to outdoor recreation, including the Arkansas River, Monarch Mountain Ski Area, and the surrounding San Isabel National Forest.
