ARLINGTON, Virginia—The U.S. hotel industry reported positive year-over-year comparisons, according to CoStar’s latest data through April 25.

Occupancy: 67.7 percent (up 4.0 percent)
ADR: $169.17 (up 4.3 percent)
RevPAR: $114.45 (up 8.5 percent)
Among the top 25 markets, New Orleans, Louisiana, reported the largest increases in occupancy (up 19.0 percent to 73.7 percent) and RevPAR (up 34.3 percent to $155.18).
Helped by the NAB Show, Las Vegas, Nevada, posted the highest ADR lift (up 17.8 percent to $261.45).
Overall, 21 of the top 25 markets saw a jump in RevPAR.
