Morocco: Luxury lifestyle hospitality company Nikki Beach will launch a resort, spa, and branded residences in Marrakech, set to open in 2028.
The property will include more than 100 private suites, ranging from 45 square metres to over 500.
More than 50 serviced villas will operate in a resort-style neighbourhood, each featuring a pool, jacuzzi, walk-in wardrobes and sunken gardens.
Food and beverage amenities include an all-day restaurant, signature dining and outdoor bars. Wellness amenities include a health and beauty parlor, hammams and saunas, therapy rooms, a lap pool and juice bar.
An underground sports facility will offer a gym, yoga studios, and indoor squash courts, while tennis and padel courts will be available outside.
Additional offerings include a private cinema room, kids play room, golf simulator and kid’s club. By the main pool, the beach club will feature sunken bars, a restaurant and DJ booth, stage area, and a Nikki Beach retail area with branded merchandise.

The Marrakech property joins Nikki Beach’s pipeline with projects in Antigua, Ras Al Khaimah, Baku, and Muscat on the way.
