Manchester City Residences Yas Island to launch sales 1st March

UAE: In a joint venture with Manchester City, Ohana Development is building branded residences for the football club on Yas Island, with sales scheduled to launch on 1 March 2026.

The residences will range from studio apartments to five-bedroom villas across a development plot totalling 1.67 million square metres.

Properties will have access to a variety of amenities, many of them football-related. Ohana plans for a Manchester City training academy, two football fields, performance studios and hydro-, cryo- and oxygen therapy facilities. Other wellness amenities will include a spa, crystal lagoon and infinity pools.

Along with branded residences, the development will feature retail and dining areas along the Yas Canal, marina access and water sports. Ohana will also build a medical centre, mosque, school and community hub.

Sales will begin 1 March 2026, starting from £400,000 for studio to three-bedroom apartments and ranging up to £2.2 million for maisonettes.
