Here’s a compilation video full of scary animal encounters, attacks, charges and interactions. You will watch tourists and other innocent people come across wild animals like bears, sharks, tigers, hippos, crocodiles, alligators, anacondas (snakes), mountain lions (cougars) and more.

In this video, we show a variety of animal encounter clips from rhino charges, elephant attacks, bear luff charges, cheetah close calls, sharg cage diving clips and more.

Luckily, these interactions in between humans and wildlife were caught on camera for the world to see. The outdoors can definitely be a chilling place for hikers, campers, hunters and mountain bikers if you don’t come prepared and armed with a gun/rifle or bear spray.

Background music by CO.AG Music, Marc v/d Meulen (bandcamp.com) and Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com)

  1. I am a South African, and I've had the privilege of visiting the Kruger National Park since before I started school. I am now 75 yrs old and the one thing my parents taught me and my brother was a deep respect and love for the animals. In all yhe years of visiting the Park as pre-schoolers, as youngsters, as teenagers, as young adults and then with our own families, we witnessed some close-encounters, but never had any ourselves.
It angers me how tourists (of all ages) think it's a game, disobey Park Rules, and disrespect the animals. I quite frankly have no sympathy for people who find themselves in a pickle through their own arrogance and think it's some kind of joke.

  2. This video really made me reflect on how close we get to wild animals in the name of tourism and entertainment. The lion encounter with the tourists was especially intense—there’s such a fine line between observing and provoking. It’s crazy how even peaceful-looking safaris can turn dangerous in seconds. I wonder how much training these safari guides have to deal with situations like that? Also, what happens after the camera cuts—like in the elephant scene—makes me so curious but also anxious. Do they release full versions of these clips anywhere?

  3. #18 Hopefully the Douche bag laughing and recording got kicked in the 🥜 🔩 sack, imagine someone you consider a friend laughing and recording would could've been your last moment on earth as entertainment for IG/FB etc..absolute moron!!!!!!

  4. As someone who visited Kruger National Park a few years ago, the clip with the elephant charging the convoy really hit home. I remember being in one of those safari vehicles, watching an elephant cross the road just yards from us, and even then I was on edge. They are majestic and gentle-looking, but you never forget how powerful and unpredictable they can be. That false sense of safety in a car can vanish in seconds. I just hope everyone in that clip was okay — both the people and the elephant. Does anyone know if there’s a safe protocol when a wild elephant blocks the road? I'd love to learn how best to handle that in case I ever go again.

  5. Apparently, don't drive a blue car, it attracts elephants and lions which in turn, attack your vehicle. And don't ride in topless vehicles. And get run flat tires or, when they're available, airless tires. And don't get out of the vehicle, or stand up. I hope those people in the blue car lived.

  6. Why would you be riding in an open carriage being pulled by a horse? All it would take is for a lion to jump out of the grass and take out the horse and then what? You are screwed. Dumb.

  7. When I lived in eSwatini (formerly Swaziland), I often visited and drove through parts of Kruger. I saw tourists get out of their cars or break the plane of an open window reaching out to take pix. Sometimes, the animals reacted causing very tense moments. One time, I saw a lion resting on the side of the road but didn't see just how far its tail extended onto the roadway…and I almost ran over it! One must be super vigilant and super respectful. It's their home, not ours.

  8. leopards dont like being seen, if they've been seen they have lost the enement of surprise and will likely not attack, that said, they are more than capable of taking down a grown man easily. the charge was a mock charge desgined to scare them away. but if it wanted it could easily have continued and jumpedthat van. they are not like cheetah who have not been known to attck humans, they can and will kill a human. in this case it it wasnt seeing them as food but a threat, and wnated them gone. personally i would listen to the leapard and leave fast

  9. I don't understand why you act as if these were horribly wrong encounters and as if people's lives were actually really at risk, most of these are normal but you make it sound as if it was life and death, you're in the wild animals are wild and you are in their territory and you should always be aware of that this is not pets these are wild animals, and if you want to get to close and get to relax and don't read the animals behaviour then you are going to end up with close encounters, none of these are real close encounters because no one actually got hurt in any of these

  10. I also detest the fact that to feed our curiosity and self , animals sometimes end up being shot to death due to actions of a thicko human. How dare we invade their safe home territory and stare at poke and laugh, etc, then complain when we get killed. Stay tf away from them. Let them do gooders to their amazing work.

  11. Americans…..sigh…… "I didn't know They could do that"
On a safari in masai mara in Kenya there was this American woman from Chicago who was very Scared to get out of the vehicle with all of us and the Guide to watch Some Baboons from a distance. She got angry when we tried to Comfort her and she then said the most remarkable Thing: " If I wanna see animals I'll Go To The Zoo"😆

Well Maybe It Was A Good thing that she didn't get out because, like Many Americans, she didn't know how to Whisper …..Only How to speak with an utterly High volume so that even hyena's 5 Miles away could hear her.

  12. Safari adventures are never on my bucket list. If I have excess money and don't know what to do, I have done my share of helping the poor and needy. I would rather throw my excess money into the sea than go on a safari. Those who have done all in their lives and are now ready to end it by getting eaten by wild animals .Good luck to them !!!.
