YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK–Park officials are announcing that the 2024 park reservation season will be ending after this weekend (October 13). Yosemite will not be requiring a reservation to drive into Yosemite for the remainder of 2024. The reservation requirement was planned to extend through October 27. However, based on the monitoring of visitor use patterns and impacts, it will end a few weeks early. Yosemite will automatically issue refunds to anyone with a peak-hours reservation valid after October 13.
