Wings and Rings, an Ohio-based sports restaurant, is franchising Noble Chicken, opening the concept’s first endcap location next year in Cincinnati. Noble has operated for several years inside a Jungle Jim’s Supermarket in Ohio.
“We couldn’t be more excited about bringing Noble Chicken into the world,” Nader Masadeh, president & CEO of Wings and Rings, said in a company press release. “Restaurant customers want more fast casual options, and our current franchisees want more affordable ways to expand their footprints in their communities. We want to meet the demands of both groups.”
After the first opening, Noble Chicken will offer existing Wings and Rings franchisees the first option to franchise units before opening franchising opportunities to the public in the second quarter of 2025.
“This isn’t some new brand from a group who decided to start a restaurant because they were bored,” Masadeh said. “We’ve been making damn good chicken and running successful restaurants for 40 years. We bring a level of expertise and passion that can’t be matched by other new brands. And we’re excited to take this enormous next step in the new year.”
Inspired by vintage Americana and regional flavors from across the United States, Noble Chicken features oversized sandwiches, tenders, wings and salads, according to the release. The restaurant’s design echoes vintage Americana with a modern twist, the logo is inspired by classic bomber jacket patches, and the first location will feature a fly-through lane.
