Vicious Biscuit revamps cocktail menu after guest feedback

Fast-casual brunch chain Vicious Biscuitupdated its cocktail menu in response to guest feedback and internal testing that showed higher demand for brunch-specific drinks.

The offerings include:

  • The Bold Fashioned ($13): Elijah Craig bourbon, house-made hot honey simple syrup, bitters, fresh-squeezed orange juice and an orange twist
  • Iced Espresso Martini ($13): Tito’s vodka, cold brew and Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
  • The Dude ($11): Tito’s vodka, milk and Kahlúa, served over ice

The chain, headquartered in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, also expanded its mimosa selection, offering cranberry, apple and grapefruit juices, alongside the classic orange juice. Drinks removed from the menu include the Southern Sunrise, Greyhound and Screwdriver.

The changes are now in effect at all Vicious Biscuit locations.

“Brunch continues to be a key daypart for us,” said George McLaughlin, co-founder and CEO. “These updates reflect direct guest feedback and let us offer cocktails that match what guests want while staying true to our brand.”
