Consumers are choosing meatless meals more frequently—41% eat vegetarian or vegan dishes at least once a week, 21% are eating vegetarian/vegan dishes more often than they were three months ago, and 24% anticipate eating more vegetarian/vegan dishes more often a year from now, according to Technomic’s recent Vegetarian & Alternative Proteins Consumer Trend Report.
