US: Hospitality management and development company Valencia Hotel Group has begun development of of Caravan Court in Arlington, Texas, its eighth hotel in the portfolio.
Valencia Hotel Group, in partnership with Sam Mahrouq and Walid Joulani of Division Hotel Management LLC, will build the Caravan Court hotel on the site of the former Caravan Motel and Dollar Car Sales.
It is located on Division Street and set to debut in 2026.
When complete, Caravan Court will feature 145 rooms and seven suites, approximately 5,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant serving a classic Americana menu, and multiple bars including a rooftop bar, a martini bar, and a poolside bar and restaurant.

The groundbreaking on Caravan Court comes shortly after Valencia Hotel Group announced its largest equity raise to date, acquiring two boutique hotels Cavalry Court and The George in College Station, and establishing a majority interest in all hotels within its management portfolio.
Valencia Hotel Collection is a Texas-based portfolio of boutique, independent hotels which consists of seven properties – two luxury concepts and five urban retreat-style boutique hotels.
