We plan to bring The Standard brand’s vibrancy and social programming to Brickell’s rooftop and dining experiences – to a community of like-minded individuals that will call it home.”
Harvey Hernandez, founder and CEO of Newgard, said: “We’ve curated some of the industry’s most talented architects and designers to create a tower that will be striking yet also infuses the existing community and neighbourhood. Newgard, along with Two Roads, is excited to be working with The Standard team on this development that will redefine and create a new era of living for Miami and, more specifically, for Brickell.”
