UK: Lifestyle luxury hotel brand The NICI will open two properties this summer, located in Newquay and Lymington.
The NICI Newquay occupies the former Hotel Victoria. It is scheduled to open on 15th June 2026.
It will offer 82 rooms, a spa with a 20-metre indoor pool, thermal suite and seven treatment rooms, a gym, cinema, kids’ club, and more.
Outside is a cliff top pool club with an all-day restaurant and bar, and sauna. The Italian restaurant Amalfi is “coming soon” while an all-day dining venue Tucker Rock is planned for 2027.
As part of the transformation, the team also restored a Victorian bathing lift providing direct access to Great Western Beach below.
The NICI New Forest in Lymington is housed in the former Elmers Court Hotel. It is also planned to open on 15th June 2026.
The 118-room hotel, set within 23 acres, features the seafood restaurant Martha’s and Elms Cafe, serving American-inspired dishes.
Additional amenities include a kids’ club, cinema, and a spa which includes an indoor pool, thermal and hydro experiences, 10 treatment rooms and relaxation spaces, alongside a fitness studio. Beyond the spa, there is a juice bar, lounge areas, tennis courts, and a heated outdoor pool.
