Taco Cabana is opening its second location featuring its next-generation building prototype in Houston. It debuted the design, featuring a streamlined design combining modern functionality with Taco Cabana’s heritage, earlier this year in Spring, Texas, according to a company press release.
The design includes:
- A condensed footprint that lowers initial investment for franchise partners.
- A thoughtfully engineered kitchen layout that maximizes productivity with a single makeline servicing the drive-thru and counter.
- An inviting dining space that allows guests to enjoy the sights, sounds and aromas of tortillas on the grill and a convenient walk-up window for on-the-go guests.
Taco Cabana is seeking experienced and qualified franchisees for multi-unit opportunities in new markets including Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
“After 45 storied years building the Taco Cabana brand in Texas, we have the leadership and operational systems in place to deliver a nationwide franchising opportunity for passionate and experienced operators who want to introduce our acclaimed restaurant chain to their communities,” Ulyses Camacho, president and COO of Taco Cabana, said in the release. “This exciting step forward will expand our celebrated brand in key suburban markets outside the Lone Star State, while upholding the unmatched quality, value, menu offerings and overall guest experience that have defined Taco Cabana for nearly five decades.”
Taco Cabana has over 140 locations.
