SLH revamps loyalty program and launches app

Worldwide: Boutique hotel collection Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) has revamped its loyalty program and launched a mobile app and customer magazine Swoon by SLH.

Previously known as INVITED, the new loyalty program SLH Club has been created in response to member feedback such as the introduction of a three-tier structure. This includes:

Club 01: For up to three night stays, members receive flexible check in/out times and access to preferential rates. Every night booked will see SLH plans two trees in partnership with TreeNation..

Club 02: From four to 12 night stays, members will receive complimentary continental breakfast, room upgrades, priority access to SLH flash sales (available via the app only), and special partner offers.

Club 03: Stays of more than 13 nights, members will receive reward night vouchers, exclusive event invites, and the chance to win complimentary nights at any SLH property.

All existing INVITED members will automatically be transferred to SLH Club. 

Launching on 24 October, the SLH app will provide guests with an online booking tool and features such as integrated route guidance. Loyalty information and a downloadable membership card can also be accessed through the app. 

On the same day, Swoon by SLH – the group’s digital magazine – will feature hotel receives, interviews with hotel owners, and more. A print version can be found in select SLH properties worldwide, and Club 03 members will also receive a copy.
