Worldwide: Developer KOP Limited has appointed Dalip Singh as chief executive officer of its hospitality arm, Montigo Resorts.
Singh brings more than 25 years of luxury hotel management experience to his role, rejoining the business since his departure in 2016. Previously, Singh spent five years with KOP Limited and was a founding member of Montigo Resorts.
He has held additional leadership positions with brands including Pan Pacific, The Ritz-Carlton, Dusit International, Shangri-La and Hyatt.
Singh’s first major project as CEO will be overseeing the launch of 105-key Ellen Kensington in London, which is managed and operated by Montigo Resorts and is KOP’s first urban hotel. The team aims to expand with more city hotels in the UK and Ireland.
Elsewhere in the UK, Singh will also be responsible for Montigo Resorts, Somerset at Charlton House – a Grade II-listed, 28-bedroom country house and thermal spa that opened in 2023.
The two Indonesian properties which will come under Singh’s leadership include Montigo Resorts, Nongsa in Batam, and Montigo Resorts, Seminyak in Bali.
