Mexico: Pendry Residences Mexico City has launched sales for a limited collection of 20 residences, marking the first residential offering for Pendry in Latin America.
Located in the Roma Norte neighbourhood of the city, Pendry Residences Mexico City will open in 2027. It is designed in collaboration with local architects Central de Acquitectura and IZ Acquitectos, with interiors by AVROKO.
A limited collection of one to three-bedroom residences, ranging in size from 860 square feet to approximately 2,300 square feet, feature private terraces and bespoke furnishings.
Pricing for the residences begin at approximately $1.4 million.
Owners will have access to the property’s amenities including a rooftop pool, spa, and dining venues, alongside exclusive residential amenities such as a private lounge and personalised concierge services.

The residences in Mexico City join a number of residential offerings across the United States, including Barbados, Nashville (Tennessee), Natirar (New Jersey), Park City (Utah), Punta Mita (Mexico), and Tampa (Florida).
