Rosewood appoints four global senior leaders

Worldwide: Luxury lifestyle hospitality group Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has appointed four members to its global senior team.

Jillian Katcher joins Rosewood as vice president of operations, Americas, having most recently served as president of Twin Bridges Hospitality. 

With a background in hotel operations and asset management, Katcher will spearhead Rosewood’s operational strategies across the Americas, working closely with regional vice presidents and managing directors to support pre-openings and key stakeholder relationships.

Based in the group’s Hong Kong corporate office, Natacha Cuvelier joins Rosewood from Accenture as vice president of CRM global. She will lead the development and implementation of Rosewood’s global CRM strategy, focusing on enhancing guest experiences through data-driven insights and personalised communications.

Joining from Irongate Group, Mitchell Laufer has been appointed vice president of legal, Americas, based in the Los Angeles corporate office. Laufer will provide guidance across the group’s various business units, including development and operations.

Jonne Buijtels assumes the role of vice president of legal, EMEAC, based in the Amsterdam corporate office. Buijtels joins the Rosewood team from Sonder, and will provide legal strategy and support for development projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts manages a global collection of 34 luxury hotels, resorts, and residences in 21 countries.
