Worldwide: Independent brand Preferred Hotels & Resorts will add 10 luxury properties between September 2024 through to summer 2025.
The latest additions sit across Preferred’s four brand collections: Legend, L.V.X., Lifestyle, and Preferred Residences.
Launching this month (December 2024) is The Visions Resort & Spa in Florida. The property will join Preferred’s Lifestyle and Residences collections, and features three initial communities: Single Family Homes, Townhomes and Condo-Hotel Units. The resort will offer amenities such as a cinema, golf simulator, game room, sports courts, gym, and spa.
The following hotels are due to open from March 2025 next year:
• Royal Hideaway Corales Villas – Legend Collection (Tenerife)
• ÓROS – L.V.X. Collection (Crete)
• The Newman – Legend Collection (London)
• Romègas Hotel – L.V.X. Collection (Valetta)

In the Virgin Islands, Peter Island Resort opened on 1 December 2024. Part of the Legend Collection, the newly rebuilt resort offers 52 rooms including suites and villas, alongside an infinity pool overlooking Deadman’s Beach, a 10,000 square-foot spa with seven treatment rooms, a fitness centre, saltwater pool, outdoor relaxation areas, and an alfresco hot tub overlooking Big Reef Bay, as well as two restaurants.
The latest openings in Q3 and Q4 2024 also include:
