Points and miles travel deals for July: Earn with these offers

From bonus points on your next hotel stay to generous sales on airline miles, we’re always looking for travel deals that help you earn more points and miles and redeem them for maximum value. In other words, we want to help you book the vacation of your dreams.

This week, we found flights to Mexico for only 8,000 American AAdvantage miles. World of Hyatt members can save up to 25% on stays in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. And there’s still time to save with Amazon Prime Day and Rakuten’s Big Stack promotion, which end at midnight Friday.

Lastly, one of our favorite travel cards, the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, is out with a best-ever welcome offer: Earn 100,000 bonus points plus a $500 Chase Travel℠ credit after spending $5,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening (see rates and fees).

Here’s our latest list of noteworthy new points and miles promotions for July.

Airline loyalty program promotions (July 2025)

Airline loyalty programs can offer trip discounts on certain dates, as well as the chance to earn more miles for future travel and deals to rack up points toward elite status. Below are some of the best offers we found for July.

Earn bonus airline miles on Hilton stays

Hilton is partnering with Qatar Airways and Turkish Airlines to bring you two offers with bonus rewards.

Earn 750 bonus Qatar Privilege Club Avios on your first qualifying stay at any hotel or resort within the Hilton portfolio of brands. Register, book directly with Hilton and complete your stay by Sept. 30. Avios are particularly versatile because you can transfer them between five different airlines.

Similarly, you can earn 1,000 Turkish Miles&Smiles miles and 50% more status miles on your first stay in any hotel or resort within the Hilton portfolio of brands. Register, then book through Hilton channels and stay by Sept. 30.

Hotel loyalty program promotions (July 2025)

Hotel loyalty programs occasionally offer discounted stays and new ways to earn extra points. Here are some July deals to consider when booking your next stay.

Bonus rewards for Marriott and United elite members

If you hold Marriott or United Airlines elite status, this reciprocal promotion could earn you bonus points and miles on summer flights and stays. To be eligible, you must hold Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite or Ambassador Elite status and/or MileagePlus Premier Gold, Platinum or 1K status.

You’ll get 500 bonus MileagePlus miles on qualifying stays at Marriott Bonvoy properties and 750 bonus Bonvoy points on qualifying United flights, in addition to the usual points and miles you’d earn. You can also score a one-time bonus of 1,500 Marriott Bonvoy points and 1,000 United MileagePlus miles for completing both a flight and a stay.

Register by linking your accounts; your flights and stays must begin by Aug. 31.

Credit card promotions (July 2025)

Card issuers offer deals and discounts on everything from airfare to dining. Here are some of the offers we’ve rounded up this week. Remember that you must activate these offers on your card and use your enrolled card to make the purchase to earn bonus rewards. Not all offers may be available on your account.

Targeted Chase Offer at Grand Hyatt

This Chase Offer, which we found on the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card (see rates and fees), could save you money on your next Grand Hyatt stay.

Earn 7% cash back on your Grand Hyatt stay, up to $28 maximum, when you spend $100 or more by Aug. 15. Payment must be made directly with Hyatt, either in-store in the U.S. or online at the U.S. website hyatt.com.

Targeted Amex Offer at Turo

Road trip season is here, and this Amex Offer could save you up to 20% on your next car rental. We spotted it on the American Express® Gold Card.

Earn a one-time $30 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible card to spend a minimum of $150 on one or more purchases of car rentals made online at turo.com by Dec. 31. Offer valid for U.S. and Canada reservations only.

Targeted Amex Offer at Caesars

If a casino trip is in your summer or fall travel plans, you could save with this offer on The Platinum Card® from American Express.

Earn a one-time $40 statement credit after you spend a minimum of $200 on one or more purchases of room rate and room charges at participating Caesars Rewards properties in Las Vegas, Reno, Lake Tahoe and Atlantic City. This offer ends Oct. 31.

Ongoing travel deals

In addition to these new offers, many others from previous weeks are still available:

• Earn 1 Medallion Qualification Dollar per dollar spent (excluding taxes and fees) on car rentals, hotels and vacation rentals booked through Delta Air Lines in addition to the miles you would normally earn. Book by July 14, and complete travel by Sept. 7.
• Earn double Accor Live Limitless points at the program’s SLS, SO/ and Mondrian brands. Activate this offer first, then book by July 15 for stays through Sept. 23.
• Earn three times the base points you would normally earn on stays of four nights or more at participating Marriott Bonvoy properties in the Caribbean and Latin America. Sign in and book by July 18; complete your stay by March 31, 2026.
• Earn 3,000 bonus Marriott points per night at participating properties in Japan when using promo code “S2449” during booking. You must book and stay by July 18.
• Earn 20 Flying Blue miles per euro spent on every qualifying Hertz booking made by July 19 and completed by Oct. 30. To qualify, rentals must be booked online through the promotional page, and you must present your Flying Blue card at pickup. Hertz 24/7 locations are excluded.
• Earn up to 5,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points per qualifying stay at participating properties in Europe and the U.K. when you present a valid train ticket to or from your destination. Book by July 24 with promo code “S2449.”
• Earn up to 1,500 bonus HawaiianMiles on car rentals at participating Avis and Budget locations in the U.S. when you add your HawaiianMiles number to your reservation at booking and complete your rental by July 31. For Avis, book with Avis Worldwide Discount code “A368908” and coupon code “MUAA023.” For Budget, use Budget Customer Discount code “R901009” and coupon code “MUAZ036.”
• Earn 500 bonus Japan Airlines Mileage Bank miles for your first qualifying stay at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts in the Asia-Pacific region, plus the World of Hyatt points you’ll earn for your stay. Eligible stays include those booked with cash and free night awards. Register by July 31, and complete your stay between July 1 and Aug. 31.
• Earn double Accor Live Limitless points on stays at participating properties in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, Panama and Brazil. Activate this offer and book by July 31, and you’ll earn bonus points on stays through Sept. 12.
• Earn 1,000 to 15,000 bonus Bonvoy points per stay at over 250 participating Marriott hotels and resorts across the Caribbean and Latin America. Book by Aug. 14 with promo code “S2449,” and stay between June 29 and Sept. 30.
• Earn 2,000 bonus IHG One Rewards points for every two nights you stay, or earn 8,000 bonus points for every four nights you stay, with no cap on the number of bonus points you can earn. To qualify, stays must have a total spending of $30 (or local currency equivalent) per night; stays booked with points or a combination of points and cash are ineligible. You can register for only one of these promotions, then you must complete your stay(s) by Aug. 31.
• Stay three nights at any Best Western hotel in the U.S., Canada or the Caribbean islands by Sept. 1, and you’ll receive 10,000 bonus Best Western Rewards points. You can use this promotion up to two times for a maximum of 20,000 bonus points. Log in at this page, and you’ll be automatically registered for this promotion.
• Earn 5,000 to 8,000 Choice Privileges bonus points, up to a maximum of 32,000 bonus points, after two qualifying stays. Register online, then complete two separate qualifying stays by Sept. 2.
• Earn 2,000 bonus AAdvantage miles for each qualifying stay of three nights or more at select IHG properties worldwide. You must select AAdvantage miles as your earning preference in your IHG account, then book and stay by Sept. 3.
• Earn up to 10,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points when you stay at least two nights in premium rooms at participating properties in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, depending on the brand. Book with promo code “S2449” by Sept. 12 and complete your stay by Sept. 26.
• Earn triple IHG One Rewards points at participating Voco, Even, Garner, Avid and Atwell Suites properties. Register for this promotion and stay by Sept. 30.
• Book a suite or premium room at participating IHG properties, and you can get every third night free on stays of up to 30 days. Book by Sept. 30, and stay by Oct. 31.

Additionally, many stand-alone Amex and Chase offers are still available across a variety of credit cards. Keep in mind that these offers are targeted; you also need to activate them prior to making an eligible purchase to receive cash back or bonus points or miles.

• Earn a one-time $25 statement credit after you spend a minimum of $185 (after foreign currency conversion) on one or more qualifying purchases made on-site at Wimbledon by July 13.
• Earn 12% back (up to $350 in total statement credits) on Luxury Escapes bookings made through the Luxury Escapes website, app or phone line. This offer ends July 15.
• Earn 15,000 Membership Rewards points after you spend a minimum of $750 on one or more room rate and room charge purchases at participating Auberge Resorts through July 17. Book online.
• Earn a one-time $50 statement credit when you spend at least $200 on one or more purchases directly with JetBlue. This offer ends July 28.
• Earn a one-time $50 statement credit when you spend at least $199 on one or more Clear purchases online by Aug. 21. This offer excludes Clear Mobile, Clear Concierge, TSA PreCheck and e-gift cards.
• Earn 7,500 additional Amex Membership Rewards points after you spend at least $300 on one or more purchases in-person or online with Aspen Snowmass by Aug. 31. This offer is only valid on purchases of lift tickets, mountain bike passes, bike rentals and mountain activities, as well as those made at Four Mountain Sports retail locations, Camp Aspen Snowmass and on-mountain restaurants (Sundeck and Elk Camp).
• Earn a one-time $50 statement credit after spending a minimum of $250 on one or more purchases of prepaid car rentals made online at europcar.com/en-us with Europcar locations in the U.S. and globally by Aug. 31.
• Get $25 back as a statement credit when you make a single purchase of $150 or more at TodayTix, either online or through the mobile app, by Sept. 7. TodayTix sells tickets to Broadway shows, concerts and more.

• Earn a $25 statement credit when you spend at least $125 on one or more room rate and room charge purchases at participating Staypineapple properties. Complete your stay by Oct. 14.
• Earn a one-time $35 statement credit after making a single purchase of $150 or more at Italian high-speed train operator Italo. Make your purchase online or through the Italo Treno mobile app by Oct. 31.

Targeted Chase Offers

• Earn 10% cash back on your Marriott Hotels stay, with an $80 cash-back maximum, when you spend $100 or more by July 19.
• Earn 10% cash back on your Brightline purchase, with a $15 cash-back maximum, when you spend $75 or more by July 19. Brightline serves popular Florida destinations like Orlando, Miami, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, as well as major airports.
• Earn 10% cash back on your Marriott Hotels stay, with an $80 cash-back maximum, when you spend $100 or more by July 19.
• Earn a one-time statement credit of $100 when you spend at least $600 on purchases made through the Chase Travel portal. Purchases must be made in a single transaction by July 29.
• Earn 5% cash back on your Viator purchase, including taxes and after any discounts, with a $10 cash-back maximum. This offer is valid one time only through July 31.
• Earn 10% cash back on your Autograph Collection Hotels stay, with a $62 cash-back maximum, when you spend $100 or more directly with the merchant by Aug. 15.
