US: Nashville-based development and management company Oliver Hospitality has introduced its loyalty program Invited by Oliver.
The program is designed to offer exclusive perks, VIP events, special offers and more to guests of Oliver’s properties, which are located throughout the American Southeast and Northern California.
There are two member tiers: one for travellers and the other for meeting planners. Members will earn points for every dollar spent at all hotels by Oliver, which can be redeemed for future stays, upgrades, and more.
In addition to discounted rates and offers such as late check out options, members will also receive personalised recommendations and amenities tailored to their preferences, as well as priority access to room upgrades and early bookings.
Ethan Orley, managing partner of Oliver Hospitality, said: “We are delighted to introduce Invited by Oliver as a token of appreciation to our loyal guests who have chosen to make our boutique hotels their home away from home. This program is our way of expressing gratitude and ensuring that every stay with us is not only memorable but also rewarding in its own right.”
Oliver Hospitality’s portfolio features company branded hotels and third-party properties.
The company’s southeast portfolio includes The Oliver Hotel in Knoxville (TN), Hotel Clermont in Atlanta (GA), Fairlane Hotel in Nashville (TN), and The Oliver Hotel of Oxford in Oxford (MS). Its west coast portfolio includes Station House Inn in South Lake Tahoe (CA) and Lodge at Marconi in Marshall (CA).
