Nomada Hotel Group launches platform for independent hotels

US: Nomada Hotel Group has introduced the Nomada Collection, a third-party management platform designed for independent boutique hotels. 

Nomada Hotel Group comprises five wholly-owned California properties, including its flagship Skyview Los Alamos – a resorted roadside motel. 

The Nomada Collection builds on the portfolio to provide independent hotels with:

  • Design guidelines for adaptive reuse 
  • Centralised marketing and PR
  • Revenue management focussed on direct bookings
  • Operational systems and training infrastructure
  • Procurement integration through Nomada Deco
  • KPI dashboards designed for boutique hotels

Nomada is aiming to partner with owners of historic hotels built prior to 1980, initially targeting its West Coast base with plans to expand further afield.
