UAE: Developer Alta Real Estate in collaboration with luxury brand Mr. C has introduced 22 residences under The Nobile Collection at Mr. C Residences Downtown, Dubai.
Located on the top floors of Mr. C Residences Downtown, the 22 four-bedroom residences feature bespoke kitchens with concertina doors that connect to dining Rooms.
Residences also provide views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Sea.
Amenities include a signature coffee bar, a private cinema, rooftop spa, swimming pools, fitness centre, and exclusive lounge floors.
The tower itself, designed by architectural firm Arquitectonica, rises 71 stories. Interiors are led by 1508.
