In an effort to protect its income streams from errors tied to third-party platforms, MOD Pizza has integrated PAR Technology Corp’s Recovery and Delivery Operations modules into its delivery operations, according to a company press release.
The additions have been integrated into MOD Pizza’s PAR system, which includes PAR POS, PAR OPS, PAR Pay and PAR Punchh.
“MOD Pizza understands that great guest experiences start with strong operations,” Savneet Singh, CEO of PAR Technology, said in a press release. “By expanding with Recovery and Delivery Operations, they’re deepening their use of a unified PAR platform to run their business more effectively.”
MOD Pizza and PAR Technology have been partners since 2014. In addition to helping the restaurant chain streamline its operations, the PAR technology supported MOD in its 2018 loyalty program launch, which had 5 million members by 2025.
